Charged with establishing a brand image for Envy that was a refreshing alternative to the typical Scottsdale condo offering— to create an amplified, mind-opening, exclusive residence that encourages discovery and delivers an elevated experience.

The overall design aesthetic can be described as a modern interpretation of iconic glamour. The grand entry and lobby lounge combine a bold black, white and gold palette with draped chandeliers and statement furniture to create a space that is classic, yet daring, elegant yet provocative—a fitting embodiment of the taste-makers that will call Envy home.  From communal seating and counter height options to more private areas for intimate meetings, this entry lobby space offers areas to work and relax by day and then transforms to a party atmosphere at night.

For those who want to see and be seen, the Pool Deck was strategically located on the second level for just that reason. The exposure to the southeast provides a view of the nightlife below with just the right amount of visibility to make the people on the street envious of the action above. Vondom lounge chairs illuminated at night add to the mystery and appeal of this enviable outdoor space.
